Refunds & Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us—Abdallah Kawji, Durlacher Straße 6, 10715 Berlin, Germany, contact@abdallah.dev—of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the service supplied before you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full contractual service.

For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully performed if, before performance began, you expressly agreed to early performance and confirmed your knowledge that the right of withdrawal would expire upon complete performance.

In addition to your statutory rights, if a paid video cannot be uploaded, processed, or made available for review because of a persistent fault in our service and we cannot remedy or reperform it within a reasonable period, contact us for a refund of the affected per-video charge.

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• This policy does not cover incompatible or unlawful content, user-side connectivity, or misuse.
• Your statutory defect, withdrawal, and consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
